Mark Lloyd serving as Chairman of the Board, is Vice-President of Strategic Development for Integrated Medical Systems, a division of Steris Corporation. He has served on the Westminster Board since the spring of 2014. Mark attended Elon University where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration and an MBA. Mark is a member of Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church where he serves as a Ruling Elder and is on the Sessional Ministry Team. He also serves as Board Chairman for Restore Ministries. He and his wife, Stephanie, have four children attending Westminster.
John Pickering, a founding board member of Westminster, serves as Secretary for the Board. John is an attorney with Balch & Bingham LLP, where his practice focuses on commercial lending, banking, and real estate development and finance. He has served several stints on the Westminster Board since 1998, and served as Chairman from 2013-2015. John also serves as a ruling elder at Red Mountain Church, and as a member of the PCA’s Standing Judicial Commission. John and his wife, Jennifer, have two children at Westminster.
Randall “Heath” Morris is a Certified Financial Planning professional with Vision Financial Group, Inc. He has served on the Westminster Board since 2013. Heath also serves as an elder at Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church. In addition, Heath has served on the board of Young Business Leaders and as an ambassador for the North Shelby County Chamber of Commerce. Heath and his wife, Nikki, have two children at Westminster.
Lisa Simpson, a University of Alabama graduate with a degree in finance, worked in the banking industry before deciding to stay at home full-time with her children. She joined the Westminster Board in 2014. Lisa and her family are members of Dawson Baptist Church, where she teaches middle school Sunday School, serves in outreach ministries of the church and committees within the church, as well as participating regularly in local and foreign missions. Lisa and her husband, Scott, have three children, all of whom are currently students at Westminster
Dave Eyrich is the Vice President of Environmental Design Studio, a Birmingham based Landscape Architecture and Planning Firm. He is a new board member as of 2016. Dave is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture. He is a ruling elder at Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church where he and his family have been members since 1998. Dave and his wife Teresa have three children at Westminster.
Will Davenport is the Chief Operating Officer of Capstone On-Campus Management, a national student housing management company. He has been a board member since January 2011. Will is a native of Alexander City, and a graduate of Birmingham Southern College with a BA in accounting and finance. He also holds an MBA from UAB. He and his family are members of Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church. Will and his wife, Amy, have two children at Westminster.
Jason Springfield serves as Chief of Police for Brookside and as Director of Safety and Security for Briarwood Presbyterian Church, School and ministries. He is also a licensed clinical social worker who has spent his career in law enforcement working with juveniles and their families. Jason joined the Westminster Board in December of 2014. Jason and his wife, Margaret, are members of Briarwood Presbyterian Church, and have three children at Westminster.
Dalton Smith is the Executive Director at M-Power Ministries. He has served on the Westminster Board since 2011. Dalton holds a degree in economics from Auburn University and a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. He has served on a number of local boards, including the Birmingham Zoo and Red Mountain Park. Dalton and his wife, Stephanie, are members of Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church. They have four children attending Westminster.
Cindy Blackburn received a BS in Nursing from Samford University and an MSN in Nursing Eduction from Troy University. Since 2011, she has served as an RN case manager at UAB. She is also a member of the Women’s Ministry team at Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church, where she and her family have been members since 1997. All of her children have attended the Westminster School at Oak Mountain. Cindy held a seat on the Westminster School’s Board of Directors from 2007-2014.
