Also, please bring your personal calendar so that you can be prepared to sign up for your preferred interview and testing dates.

Parent Interviews: February – April

Both parents must be present. All applications, recommendations, and transcripts must be received before the interview can take place. Also, required reading must be completed.

Testing: February – April

The School will notify you within two weeks of testing as to whether or not your child has passed. If the student does not pass the admissions test for the grade for which he has applied, the school will evaluate other options with you. Along with testing, student interviews are also required for grades 6-12.

Formal Acceptance: Within Two Weeks of Completing the Process
Following the interview(s), testing and Admissions Committee review, we will inform you in writing as to whether or not your child has been accepted into Westminster. Along with your acceptance, you will be provided a Family Commitment Form.

Family Commitment Form: Due within 10 Days of Formal Acceptance
Completing, signing, and turning in the Family Commitment Form by the deadline (10 business days from the date of written notification), along with the New Student Fee of $450, officially enrolls your student in the Westminster and reserves his/her placement. However, failure to turn in both the form and the fee may result in the forfeiture of the acceptance. Also, signing the Family Commitment Form obligates you to pay tuition for the entire school year.
